Trial Memberships

Not sure if you want to do track? Join us for two trial sessions for $20. The trial fee will be credited to your membership fees if you decide to join. Trial athletes must complete the online registration form.

12-Session Punch Card

Need a flexible training schedule? For just $200 + GST, athletes can enjoy 12 drop-in training sessions at any time during the current season. All Punch Cards expire at the end of July (ie. end of the membership year). Please note, the Punch Card does not include a race license; athletes will need to purchase a one-day or annual race license for any competitive events.

Membership Refunds for Injured Athletes

Refunds are available only for injured athletes who have a physician's note. Those refunds will be processed on a pro-rated basis plus a $50 cancellation fee. Refunded athletes who register again with the Club the following season will be credited the $50 cancellation fee towards their membership fee.

Annual registrations and full payments received by August 15 will receive a $25 discount per athlete. Third and subsequent siblings who also register for an annual membership will each receive a $150 discount.

Bursaries are available for eligible athletes facing financial barriers to membership. For athletes wishing to pay the annual membership by instalments, please contact the Club.

*There are no training sessions in December except for the Senior Varsity teams.
