Art Boileau

Art is a fully certified Level 2 Distance coach and has been training middle distance/cross-country runners with our club since September 2003.  Art has represented Canada in two Olympic Games (1984 Los Angeles and 1988 Seoul) and continues to compete, ranking as one of BC’s top Master’s runners. 

 

Lech Dziedziejko
Lech has been with West Van Track since 1995, almost since its inception. A national level athlete and coach in his native Poland, Lech has a masters degree in Physical Education and a graduate diploma in Track and Field. He is simply an outstanding jumps coach; his enthusiasm and energy are unmatched, extending to his own participation in meets in previous years.

 

Eugene Konart

Eugene was on the USSR track team at the Munich Olympics in 1972 and now coaches our older, competitive athletes primarily in power and speed events.  He works for BC Athletics as the Track and Field Technical Manager, is a fully certified Level 2 Sprint coach and is currently taking Level 3 Technical in Sprint with Alex Gardiner, Head Coach of National Senior Team in Track and Field.
